About me

I work with people who are going through periods of difficulty, change, or uncertainty, whether in their personal lives, their work, or both.

My clients come from demanding professional roles and deeply personal circumstances such as illness, loss and significant change. What they tend to share is a weight of responsibility, a habit of carrying things privately and a growing recognition that they need support.

Alongside my therapy practice, I offer executive coaching for senior leaders and reflective practice and supervision for professionals, teams, and fellow practitioners.

My coaching work combines psychotherapeutic insight with strategic thinking, supporting leaders to perform at their best while sustaining their wellbeing. Through supervision, I offer individuals and teams in high-pressure roles a space to pause, reflect, and build resilience.

These strands of work inform and enrich each other, and reflect a career spent at the intersection of people, organisations, and the inner life of professional practice.

My qualifications include an MSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy, Diplomas in Executive and Group Coaching, and a Masters in Business Studies. I have trained in supervision, CBT, and mindfulness, and am currently studying Group Analytic Psychotherapy at University College Dublin.

I have worked in hospice-based family support services, cancer care, mental health charities, and with senior healthcare professionals and corporate teams navigating high-pressure environments. I also contribute to global leadership development programmes.

I am accredited by IACP, UKCP and BACP, and a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
